What To Know Before You Arrive
At Kleydman Dermatology, we are a fee-for-service practice and do not participate with insurance.
By operating as a fee-for-service practice, we can provide:
- Fair, transparent, upfront pricing with no surprise bills.
- Faster access to treatments you want and need.
Every visit begins with a consultation, so we can understand your concerns, review your history, and create a plan that makes sense for you.
Consultation-Visit Fee
All new and existing patients pay a consultation fee of $208 at check-in.
- Cosmetic Patients: The consultation fee is applied toward the cost of your cosmetic treatments if you choose to proceed the same day.
- Medical Patients: The consultation fee is separate from the cost of medical treatments or prescriptions. Medical visits require payment of the consultation fee in addition to any charges for additional services or medications.
Insurance Policy
Kleydman Dermatology is a private, fee-for-service practice and does not participate with insurance or Medicare. Payment is due at the time of service. We provide an itemized receipt at checkout. We are not able to complete, support, or advise on insurance claim submissions, and we cannot guarantee any reimbursement from your insurance plan.

New Patients:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration forms. This ensures you have unhurried time with Dr. Kleydman and our team during your consultation.
During Your Visit
What to expect during you visit at Kleydman Dermatology:
Please arrive with clean skin. Avoid applying lotions, oils, or fragranced products before your appointment, especially for medical dermatology visits.
- Consultation First: Every Patient begins with a consultation. This step is required for all new and existing patients. This ensures that your treatment plan is safe, customized, and aligned with your goals.
- Cosmetic Procedures: For injectables (Botox®, Dysport®, fillers) or facial laser treatments (CO2, Laser Genesis, Resurfacing), arrive with a clean face and no make-up
If you do come in with make-up, don’t worry– you will have the chance to remove it in-office using dermatologist approved products before your treatment.
After Your Visit
We encourage all patients to schedule a follow-up visit so we can monitor your progress, answer your questions, and adjust your plan if needed.
